Minors of 13 years of age of any nationality who are travelling unaccompanied or without their parents or legal guardians require:

1. A travel authorization: "Venia de Viaje" issued by the Argentine Consulate, or alternatively, a travel authorization signed before a notary public and duly apostilled: APOSTILLE
2. Minor's Birth Certificate (if not issued by Argentine authorities,the birht certificate must be apostilled: APOSTILLE)
3. Valid Passport or travel document. 

All documentation must be presented in original.

Minors of 18 years of age, of any nationality, whose legal residence is in Argentina who are travelling without both parents, in order to exit the country require:

1. A travel authorization: "Venia de Viaje" issued by the Argentine Consulate or alternatively, a travel authorization signed before a notary public and duly apostilled: APOSTILLE
2. Minor's Birth Certificate (if not issued by Argentine authorities, the birth certificate must be apostilled: APOSTILLE)
3. Valid Passport or travel document
